It is very important that you understand the law concerning credit and credit repair.   Not only in order to better help your clients, but also to keep you from breaking the law.   Violating a client's rights can carry stiff penalties, and while some laws are simply a matter of common sense - others aren't, and you need to know what they are.   Read through the next section to learn more about your client's rights as they pertain to credit repair.
